Call Outs

Our experienced engineers are available for on-site repairs, servicing, programming and training. Each engineer carries with them a specialised toolbox for repairs and a specialised laptop for programming. We will also provide you with the mobile number for your support engineers should you need any further aftercare support.

All our engineers are available for standard rate call outs from Monday-Friday, between the hours of 9am and 5:30pm

Should you book an urgent call-out, we will endeavour to reach you within four office hours. Outside of our normal office hours we provide an Emergency 24 hour 7 days a week Call-Out service.

Within the 01273 dialling code area, our standard rate call out charge is £48 (Including the first 20 mins)

Outside of the 01273 dialling code area, our standard rate call out charge is £68 (Including the first 20 mins)

Our standard rate labour charge is £35 per half hour

Emergency

Whatever the time, day or night, our engineers are available for emergency out of hours call-outs every day of the year.

Our emergency rate call out charge is £90 Our emergency rate labour charge is £70 per half hour
