We provide telephone support so that you can speak directly to our engineers 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.

Each of our Engineers is able to deal with all queries and many common faults can be resolved over the phone and free of charge.

Abacus Engineers will provide telephone support for any make or model of Cash Register or EPOS System.

In An Emergency

We are one of the only cash registers & EPOS system suppliers in the South East to offer a true 24/7 emergency service. We also Provide Free Loan Machine If Your Machine Goes Out Of Action

Whatever the time day or night our engineers are available for emergency out of hours call-outs every day of the year.

Our emergency rate call out charge is £90 Our emergency rate labour charge is £70 per half hour

Maintenance Contracts

For peace of mind we offer a variety of maintenance contracts and extended warranties, which start from as little as £18 per month.

Our maintenance contracts do include an annual service visit & are available for both new and existing equipment.
